Concessions Application

We are offering opportunities for non-profit organizations to sell concessions at Collegedale Recreation Association softball games. The concession stand rental fee is $25/night and is due on the first day of the month for all booked nights in that month. Once booked, rental fees are non-refundable.

Please note: personal concession sales or rentals are not allowed at official league events.

Disclaimer: When renting concession space from Collegedale Recreation Association, your group is responsible for taking care of the available building appliances, leaving the rental space clean and locked by the end of the night.

By checking this box, you acknowledge that you understand that ALL DRINK PRODUCTS MUST BE COKE PRODUCTS (i.e. Coke, Sprite, Fanta, Dasani, Powerade, Body Armor, Vitaminwater, Barq's Root Beer, Peace Tea, etc.)
Payment Requirement
By checking this box, you acknowledge that you will pay your fees in the 1st five days of the month PRIOR to use for all days scheduled during that month. Payment in full upfront is also welcomed. Payments can be made in the "Store" tab.
