Help is needed for the Collegedale Recreation Association and we are looking for assistance!

Recreational sports is a wonderful opportunity for our kids to build skills, sportsmanship, and community.  The Collegedale Recreation Association is looking for someone to assist the league as a paid Umpire in Chief (UIC). For the UIC role, the league is looking for someone who is hard-working and dedicated to not just the sport but more importantly to the players, families and community partners who are involved with the league. The qualifications needed for this position include someone who is personable, driven, organized and able to work alongside several different groups of people both behind the scenes and publicly. The role would involve regular attendance to evening games and being knowledgeable on the rules and procedures for the umpired divisions. 

The job description does state that applicants must be certified with USA Softball. However, if you are interested in the position but are not certified, we would still be interested in hearing from you!
